Our mission is to help you regain comfort, confidence and the freedom to move the way you want. Whether you’re an athlete, a busy professional or someone simply looking for relief, we’ll meet you where you are.
The Physio People Difference:
Pain, tightness, or movement issues? Our experienced therapists will assess the root cause and get you back to doing what you love.
Whether you're training for a race or just staying active, we help you recover strong — and smarter — with hands-on therapy and performance-focused rehab.
Regain strength, mobility and confidence after orthopaedic surgeries such as ACL reconstruction, shoulder repairs or spinal procedures.
Living with recurring pain? We offer practical relief and long-term strategies to improve your quality of life and movement.
Work shouldn’t hurt. We treat neck, back and shoulder pain caused by prolonged sitting or poor ergonomic habits — and show you how to prevent it.

Around 6 weeks ago, I had an arthroscopic shoulder repair done. From the start, Ken was immensely helpful. Connecting me with a surgeon and helping every step of the way with post op recovery even offering to help arrange post op care for me. Ken is a top notch physio who cares about every patient he works with. Would definitely recommend seeing Ken if in need of a PT
Good rehabilitation starts with understanding the problem. We take the time to assess what’s driving your symptoms, explain what we find, and give you a clear plan for what comes next. throughout.

Understand First. We take the time to understand your symptoms, movement and goals — not just where it hurts.

A Clear Plan Forward. You'll understand what we think is happening, what recovery is likely to involve, and how we'll measure your progress.
Build Lasting Capacity. Treatment doesn't stop when the pain settles. We rebuild movement, strength and confidence for the demands you need to return to.

After a shoulder surgery, I struggled with stiffness and weakness. The recovery journey felt overwhelming — until I came here. The Physio People team broke it down step-by-step, and I could see improvements after each session. I’m now back at work and feeling great.

No, you do not need a doctor's referral to book an appointment. You can book directly with us, and we’ll advise if further medical input is needed.
If you have an existing doctor's referral or relevant imaging such as x-rays or scans - do bring them along for your appointment.
Not necessarily. Many musculoskeletal conditions can be assessed clinically without imaging. If your assessment suggests that imaging or specialist input may be helpful, we'll discuss this with you and guide you accordingly.
Your first session at Physio People is all about understanding you. We'll start with a one-on-one conversation to learn more about your concerns, lifestyle, and goals. From there, your physiotherapist will perform a detailed assessment to identify the root of your issue — not just the symptoms. You’ll walk away with a clearer understanding of what’s going on, why it’s happening, and a personalised plan to get you moving better, faster.
Treatment may include hands-on techniques like soft tissue work or joint mobilisation, along with other therapies such as ultrasound, shockwave, or electrical stimulation — depending on what suits your condition best.
Every condition and recovery is different. After your first assessment, we’ll explain what we think is happening, what recovery is likely to involve, and give you a realistic idea of how many sessions you may need.
We’ll review your progress along the way and adjust the plan accordingly — the aim is not more sessions, but the right number of sessions to get you where you need to be.
Physiotherapy sessions are $190 and typically last between 30–45 minutes. Session length is based on what is clinically required, rather than filling a fixed appointment time.
Your physiotherapist will discuss the treatment plan with you so you have a clear understanding of what to expect.
Wear something comfortable that allows easy movement — like activewear or loose-fitting clothes. If your session focuses on a specific area (like your knee or shoulder), try to wear clothing that gives your physiotherapist access to that area. For example, shorts for lower limb issues or a sleeveless top for shoulder assessments.
Don't worry too much — if you're unsure, just bring a change of clothes and we’ll guide you from there!
